News: The new releases shown in Nov White Dwarf

Got my White Dwarf today but haven't read through it enough to give you an review just yet. But there was a couple of surprises for me in the new releases section that I thought was interesting.

Haemotrope Reactors for 40k, really nice looking. And for AoS an re release of the Balewind Vortex (so no more OP vortex for those who moan about that) and the Magewrath Throne but without the skulls underneath?! Hopefully they release the skull mountain as a separate kit. 

New Hero bases for both 40k and AoS!

Of course the main release of the month The Burning of Prospero

In the right lower corner there is a new thingy I haven't seen before, an repair kit for when your models brake during gaming!

What do you guys think about the new releases?

News: Horus Heresy: New pictures of the box contents

Nice and crisp pictures showing the plastic sprues for the Cataphracti Terminators and Contemptor Dreadnought for the upcoming Horus Heresy game from Games Workshop.

It's supposedly a standalone board game type, like Space Hulk, Execution Force etc. But I think GW will use these minis for more than that in the future. Anyway it's really nice with HH models in plastic.

I wasn't to thrilled by all the the 30k rumors to be frank, but when more and more pics is coming and the fact it's a stand alone game, makes me more interested.

News: Forgeworld shows us Ferrus Manus !

Got a mail from Forgeworld with a video showing us the first of the Primarchs that stays loyal to the Emperor, Ferrus Manus of the Iron Hands legion. Really cool looking just like the Primarchs done before. Down below you can watch the video and what they wrote in the mail.



The Primarch of the Iron Hands Legion was a figure of legend amongst the peoples of his home world of Medusa, named by them ‘the Gorgon’ after the most ancient of mythic creatures. Ferrus was amongst the strongest of the Primarchs, reflected in this giant figure, dwarfing many of his brother Primarchs.

Forge World will be attending UK Games Day, held on Sunday 29th September at the NIA in Birmingham, and Ferrus Manus, the latest model in our Horus Heresy Character series, will be available to purchase on the day. As part of our Games Day UK previews, we have a feature on the Forge World Visual Feed about the Primarch of the Iron Hands Legion. News: Forge World Fulgrim model

Got an e-mail from Black Library showing some really intresting stuff, the a painted model of Fulgrim,  the Primarch of the Emperors Children and the second Primarch to be made into a model. He looks really awesome and can't wait to see more about this. There's also some more interesting bits in the mail, if you haven't got it yourselves already check it out below.

News: The Horus Heresy Vol I: Betrayal - New Trailer!!

Got this in the mail box today from Forgeworld. A really nice trailer featuring Alan Bligh talking about the new book and there is also plenty of stuff showing what's in the book. They are also showing new miniatures like Cataphractii Terminators and Jetbikes! I think all of this looks awesome and if this interests you I suggest you go check it out now!!
