Miniature Monday: Cybertronic Chasseur

Quite some time since the last Miniature Monday from me, but now I'm eager to bring this back and put up photos of some newly finished models each Monday. So what is in store for today then, well this mini has been finished for some time now but haven't had time to show it. It's the first model and test piece for my Cybertronic Chasseurs. I have made one model for this force until now, the Exterminateur which can be found here. And this Chasseur is following in the same color scheme.

These pictures weren't all that great I'm afraid (didn't use my Tripod) and I also see I need some more work on the skin (another highlight would do wonders) when I see these pics. But this army is supposed to be quite fast to paint so I don't know yet. It looks quite alright in my eyes, anyway hope you like it.

Unboxing Warzone: Cybertronic Eradicator Deathdroid

The Mega Walker of Cybertronic is often fielded in Squads of 3, each is linked to the other via banned technology and controlled by a web of human dentretic cells and cybernetics.

Text from Prodos Shop

Here's my second unboxing of a so called Heavy Vehicle in Warzone: Resurrection, the Eradicator for Cybertronic. So here we go.

I got this via my Kickstarter so I did not recieve any box but instead all of the stuff is in these bags.

It's a big model but you don't get that many parts, and is therefore really easy to assemble.

It still looks similar to the original design but more shark like. And I really like the new look.

As always you get six cards, two Strategy cards, two Tactical cards and one Gear card. And then we have the stat card of course.
You also get this mission cards for using Heavies in your games. The same as you got with all the Heavies.

Assembled and ready for paint. Might need some GS as well on the shoulder pads to fix those gaps.

A lot of nice details and it looks really hi tech for being Warzone, but that is Cybertronic as they should look.

The Eradicator is tall and large, here's a comparison to some other WZ:R models.

So, haven't painted it up yet as I think I will paint up the stuff I will play with more often first. I do think it will be really nice to paint up though and is looking forward to it. It is a big and impressive center piece model I think every Cybertronic player should have even if you don't think you will play that many Heavy games. It's just to cool not to have.

News: Prodos shows more new kits for Warzone: Resurrection

Oh my god it will be a expensive time for me... again! I have already showed you the new Bauhaus starter but that is not all, Prodos also releases new Venusian Rangers for Bauhaus and new Mirrormen for Cybertronic. So as soon as these, and the Bauhaus starter is released I will make an order.

And then we have all that WH Fantasy Chaos stuff I also want, oh dear. But here's the pics.

Already have ten of the old KS, but I will get at least five more of the Venusian Rangers. Also nice with a token for their ability to put out mines on the battlefield. Hope to see more Tokens in the future.

Have ten of the KS versions for these as well but these new ones are a HUGE improvement so I have to get more of them.

A new pic that clearly shows the new Bauhaus starter, me want!

Miniature Monday: Cybertronic Exterminateur Attila MK.I

So here's the fourth faction I want to starter paint up for Warzone: Resurrection, Cybertronic! I have had a really hard time deciding what color scheme to choose and have tried many different things now but in the end I ended up with a classic inspired look. And I quite like it I must say. When I finally decided how to paint up I did the actual painting quite fast, airbrush, black undercoat, Citadel 'The Fang' and Vallejo Shadow Grey which is the main color I choose. I then painted the the rest of the details and metal and actually dipped it with Army Painter Dark Tone and it worked out fine I think. I then highlighted the eyes, the Cybertronic markings and the edges of the grey with Shadow Grey again and voila finished. I will try to to the Cyber army quite fast (will not focus on it yet though) so I decided to use AP Quick Shade again.

The thing I like with the Quck Shade is that it's also helps to protect your minis and the paintjob, so on metal minis I almost always go with. Anyway, that it for now. Hope you like it and do make a comment in the comments section below.

Cheers.

Unboxing Warzone: Cybertronic Starter Box

Unboxing time! And now it's the all new Cybertronic starter box, and this is a really nice one. You get two different Dr Diana, one is the warlord (175 Pts) in most cases and the other one can be a lord (110 Pts) choice (or a Neoclone squad leader but you only get the 40mm bases for them here). You also get the Exterminateur Mk 1 (don't know the pts cost for him yet but we can guess around 150 Pts maybe) and ten Chasseurs with different weapon upgrades at 206 Pts. This brings this box up to around 641 Pts, much more than the previous one if we look at just the Pts value of the box, in the old we got an Cuirassier Attila and Everassur instead and a total of around 480 Pts all of these are without any of the Enhancements Cybertronic get.

The same cool artwork as the cover of the rulebook

The back cover is showing us the contents of the....old box! I think this will change in the future though.

We get two of these sprues with Chasseurs, a lot of extra arms as well. And you can see the letters on the bottom resin, there's also letters in the holes for the arms to show you the best combinations of arms and bodies. But it works well without as well but a nice touch nonetheless.

Nice crisp details, and better proportions to the old Chasseurs

The Exterminateur, more about this on my previous unboxing found here.

Four heads and some are totally new so nice to get some diversity between all of your Dr Diana clones.

75 cards, 3 40 mm lipped bases and 10 30 mm. And of course two D20.

We only get one stat card for Dr Diana and the Chasseurs which is a little odd. And 8 Reactors.

Missed one of the EMP cards on the picture above this one, so a total of four EMP cards.

Here's how it all looks when built together, haven't glued the arms on everyone and here you can see how some of the different arm combinations look.

Comparison with an old KS Chasseur, not a huge difference, better and more crisp details. And a little bit bigger torso and head.

You get some extra bits as well which is always nice.
All in all a great looking starter box and a great start to start an Cybertronic force, which is how a Starter box should be. Great value Pts wise as well, so if you are starting an Cybertronic force, get this box as well.

Unboxing Warzone: Cybertronic Exterminateur Mk.1

Yesterday I got a new package from 'Poland?!' containing my latest WZR purchase. So here we go again with some new Unboxing articles and first up is the Termninato.....eh... Exterminateur Mk. 1. This is actually part of the new Cybertronic Starter set, but it will be available to buy separately and is also a completely new model so I wanted to do an Unboxing for just this new mega robot from Cybertronic.

So here we go.

All the contents in for this particular model, no box as it's part of the starter set.

Three parts, no problem at all to assemble.

Pretty much no moldlines and the details are very sharp

The stat card is looking really nice

I don't think we know yet how many points it costs but I really like the rules for it and will defiantly try to fit one in my Cybertronic list

All six cards you get for this model, quite nice cards as well

The assembled model, no problem at all to put together

Size comparison to with and Razide and Vulcan
I must say I really like the looks of this model, much similar to the classic looking Attilas but bigger and beefier. And Cybertronic has finally got an Light Vehicle (with an model). The details are really crisp and the resin feels really nice, all in all a really nice model and with some pretty awesome cards and rules as well.

WARZONE: Cybertronic Scorpion Render

The new Cybertronic Scorpion don't really look like the old ones did (see the old ones further down) but it quite another beast. And a beast it is, it looks really menacing and I will get one for my Cybertronic force, so really pleased with this one and I must say I prefer the new necron like look on the Scorpion instead of the old one.

Also don't forget to make your pledges, there is just 26 hours to go and need £7500 to get Mishima unlocked. Go and visit the banner below!
